How is the shoot duration decided?

To ensure quality, our algorithm automatically calculates the necessary time based on your group size. You can't manually pick a duration—we guarantee enough time is blocked out for everyone to get their shots.

Who edits the photos?

Fotochi handles 100% of the post-production. Our professional editing team processes the photographer's RAW files to ensure a consistent, high-quality final gallery.

How do payments work?

We use secure escrow. The client pays upfront to secure the booking, but funds are held safely by the platform and only routed to the photographer once the RAW files are successfully uploaded.

Are there monthly fees for photographers?

No. It is completely free to list your services. Fotochi takes a commission on your set base rate for successfully completed bookings — 20% by default — to cover platform maintenance and post-production.
